HEART OF THE HOME
The Farmhouse kitchen is a firm favourite - a fabulous space, full of character with plenty of room to cook, eat, socialise and enjoy your morning coffee.
It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need along with plenty of cupboard space. The island doubles as a small breakfast bar and there is ample room to relax, with two sofas and a chair or two.
The cupboards are stocked with a good selection of tea, coffee, squash, cordial, herbs, spices and condiments. And the freezer has plenty of ice should you fancy a G&T!

LOUNGING AROUND
The perfect place to relax. The lounge is home to an imposing, inglenook fireplace (with an unlimited supply of logs and kindling), with ample comfortable seating - including a rather sumptuous Chesterfield sofa (which doubles as a sofa bed) and a plentiful selection of board games, books and magazines. Please Just make yourselves at home.
SLUMBER DOWN
There are five bedrooms in total; each beautifully decorated and made up with crisp, fresh linen.
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a sofa. It can also easily be turned into a family room, with the addition of two single beds.
Bedrooms 2 is also spacious and houses a queen size bed.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 contain wonderfully cosy double beds.
Bedroom 5 has a double bed - a little tight on space, but lovely and comfortable all the same.
DINNER IS SERVED
The dining area brings the outdoors in. With a dining table large enough to comfortably seat 12, the conservatory is adorned with plants, candles and twinkling fairy lights. When the night draws in, just look up and enjoy the stars.

BATHROOM BLISS
If you relish in the joy of a long, hot, relaxing bubble bath, then you will fall in love with the main bathroom.
With the most inviting freestanding, roll-top bath and large separate shower enclosure, enjoy the space to its fullest by opening up the exquisitely decorative glass doors onto the private balcony. Take time for you and embrace your surroundings.
A second WC is located on the ground floor.

Equipped with antique snooker table and dart the games room is also host to tennis racquets and balls, a croquet set and various other games for your enjoyment.

Take time out and relax in our beautiful, inviting bell tent. Equipped with breakout tables and chairs, you can dine al fresco too!, with a large dining table that easily accommodate up to 12 people. Perfect.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS
The ample grounds offer everything you could possibly wish for and more...
With beautiful gardens, full-size tennis court, swimming pool and deckchairs, hot tub, BBQ area, space to party, space to relax, a place to picnic, play games, catch some rays...there really is something for everyone. A small woodland area is home to our chickens, who will happily provide you with fresh eggs - you can even collect them yourselves. And if you fancy foraging for your own kindling, this is the place to do it!

If needs must and you have to keep abreast of work commitments while staying at Lots Bridge, we have the perfect nook complete with desk and chair.

TAXI!
Fancy enjoying an evening out locally - a meal, a few drinks? We will happily drive you there and back so that no-one in your party has to take on the role of 'designated driver'. We are available for runs to and from the nearest train station in Downham Market.
PRIVATE HIRE
When the Farmhouse is not in use, we are able to offer the heated Pool, Tennis Court and Bell Tent for hire. Charged at £25 per hour for up to 6 people, why not except from it all and book yourselves a much earned treat! Additional charged apply for extra guests.
